My Lost Treasure: Derek and the Dominos

The new theme for the month of May (and maybe beyond) is the Five Ws. Who, What, Where, When, and Why. I think today's pick from Derek and the Dominos is the perfect way to end the week. And kick off the weekend.

I am an Eric Clapton fan, and I think one of my favorite Eric Clapton eras is the time he spent with Derek and the Dominos. They only released one album, but man was it a good one. A lot of people don't even realize that Duane Allman was on that album. You know that last bird sounding note on Layla? That was Duane Allman, not Eric Clapton. Anyway, back to today's lost treasure. It's a great song from Layla and Other Assorted Love Songs.
