My Lost Treasure: Bruce Springsteen

Our theme right now on My Lost Treasure is cities, towns, states, countries, etc.  To put it more simply, places.  Today is a state.  A neighboring state.

This song was actually written by Tom Waits, and he does an awesome job singing it, too.  But I decided to go with the Bruce Springsteen version.  We have a lot of Bruce fans, and the request I got for this song was for Bruce's cover.  It is for Victor in New Paltz.  I have to admit, I do really like the way Bruce does this song.  The one time I saw Bruce Springsteen it was actually in New Jersey, but I don't remember if he did this one.  I feel as if I would remember, so I'm guessing he did not play it.
