My Lost Treasure: Booker T. & The M.G.’s

We are working on a food and drink theme on My Lost Treasure, and today we are traveling way back in time for our treasure.  This one is even too old for me to remember. At least when it first came out.  But it seems that everybody I know, young and old, knows this song.

The thing about today's pick is that even though it's old and was around during the doo wop days, it's a really cool song.  With really cool and well respected musicians playing on it.  I was wandering around the flea market recently when this song came on, and I could actually see people grooving to the music.  Everyone started smiling and the mood actually changed.  I love that music can do that.  Especially when it happens to a whole group of people.
