This week on My Lost Treasure the theme is happy, joy, glad, etc.  It's in honor of The Dutchess County Fair, which is running now through Sunday Aug. 28.  Fair week is always a happy time, and that is why I chose this theme.

I was pretty young when the Blind Faith album came out.  So, for a long time I did not know that much about Blind Faith.  I guess I knew Can't Find My Way Home, but not much else.  I am not even sure when I learned what a super group Blind Faith was.  Steve Winwood, Eric Clapton, Ginger Baker.  Wow.  Now that's what I call a super group.  Eventually I learned the deeper cuts on the album, and I was and still am blown away.  Today's song comes from the Blind Faith album, and sadly there was only one album.

Boris and I will be at the Dutchess County Fair this Saturday, Aug. 27 raising money for a great charity, Alex's Lemonade Stand.  It is a charity that helps kids battling cancer.  Boris and I will each be set up at out little lemonade stands competing to raise the most money.  So, if you are coming to the fair, please stop by and make a donation.  See you there.
