My Lost Treasure: Billy Joel

There are a few songs by Billy Joel that fit our current theme of guys names.  We used Captain Jack early on in the theme, and today it is another one of my favorites from Billy.  And it goes out to Cheryl, Vicki, and Chris the old Meat Sandwich from The Boris and Robyn Show.  They are all big fans of Billy Joel.

I used to think today's song was autobiographical, but I have since learned that Billy Joel himself says it is not.  Billy Joel admits that the facts about Billy The Kid are not accurate, and the Oyster Bay Long Island reference is supposedly about a bartender he once knew.  Whatever.  I still love this song, and I never cared much about accuracy.
