Happy Thanksgiving! Today is the last day of our building a city through songs theme. It was my plan to keep it going through Thanksgiving day, and ending it with this classic. A final restaurant for our city.

I was lucky enough to meet Arlo Guthrie back in 1999. It was the second year of Day in the Garden. It was held at what is now Bethel Woods center for the Arts, which is the site of the original Woodstock concert in 1969. In 1999 there were some great performers including David Crosby, Johnny Winter, and as I mentioned earlier, Arlo Guthrie. Arlo was funny and charming, and he gave a great interview. Today Arlo closes out our lost treasure theme.

I'm wishing you the happiest of Thanksgivings. I hope it's fun and safe and full of family and friends. My Lost Treasure returns on Monday with a brand new theme. Holiday songs that aren't holiday songs. You know, red songs, green songs, tree songs, blue or white songs for Chanukah. Get it? If you have any ideas, let me know at robyn@wpdh.com. Thanks!
