A stunning photo shows the Hudson Valley like you’ve never seen it before.

On Thursday evening, the Hudson Valley was hit with a vicious thunderstorm. After the storm, Becky Pierri of New Windsor discovered an incredible rainbow arching its way across the City of Newburgh.

Pierri, an ER Phlebotomist at St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital in Newburgh, snapped the photo from inside the hospital. The beautiful rainbow resting above the Hudson River, just outside the St. Luke’s, is a sight she typically doesn’t see while working at the hospital.

“It was just refreshing to see,” Pierri told Hudson Valley Post. “It gets so overwhelming in that emergency room!”

Did you take any other amazing rainbow photos? If so, we’d love to see them! Feel free to post them in the comment section below or on our Facebook page.
