Multiple DWI Offender’s Shirt Says It All

Luciano Gutierrez should know better. This wasn't his first brush with the law either. In fact, according to police, he's racked up 9 DWI's. Gutierrez was pulled over and charged for his latest DWI in November, but was just arrested last week. But it's the shirt the 66-year old Texas man was wearing at the time of his latest arrest that's drawing national attention. Gutierrez was nabbed while wearing a t-shirt that said WARNING: I DO DUMB THINGS. Yes, that certainly says it all.

He was released hours later after posting a $25,000 bail at the Bell County Jail. Because of his history, Gutierrez could be serving some serious jail time...potentially 10 years.
