50 year old James Dean Wirick, wearing nothing but his shorts and a pair of socks, decided that he wanted some sweets to go along with his booze. Allegedly, a drunken Wirick entered a Subway restaurant in Prince Frederick, MD and began stuffing candy in his pockets. After receiving reports of a suspicious person in the area, Calvert County Sheriff’s Deputies arrived on scene and promptly arrested the sweet toothed bandit on charges on disorderly conduct.
Once booked, Wirikick also allegedly ripped a jail house telephone off the wall. He now has another charge...destruction of property less than $1,000
