The Hudson Valley home that once housed Allman Brother and Gov't Mule frontman Warren Haynes has hit the market. The Nyack home has been listed at $1.99 million.

Haynes moved out of the home nearly eight years ago. The property covers 1.7 acres while the home itself is more than 6,000 square feet. According to LoHud, current owners Ed and Maria Reich have done extensive renovations since the moving in. They've kept the classic exterior in tact but the indoors has a much more modern feel. The home itself is stunning, but with $48,000 in yearly taxes, you're going to have some overhead owning this home.

Gov't Mule is set to headline Mountain Jam this Friday along with Wilco at Hunter Mountain. The action begins Thursday with a stacked lineup through Sunday night. Highlights include Beck, Avett Brothers and many more. Have a look at the line-up video below, single day and weekend passes are still available.
