Monday morning many Hudson Valley residents were surprised to wake up to snow. Well, it may be “Deja vu all over again” on Wednesday.

The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for snow for Orange County tonight into Wednesday morning.

Periods of snow, sleet, or freezing rain is expected to start after 6 p.m. Tuesday and last until 6 a.m. Wednesday for parts or all of Orange County. One to three inches is being predicted, with four inches at elevations over 1,000 feet.

A hazardous weather outlook has been released by the National Weather Service for Dutchess, Ulster, Columbia and Greene Counties. A weak low pressure system will bring light snow, starting this evening and into the overnight hours.

One to two inches of snow is possible, with more snow in the higher areas.

Drivers across the Hudson Valley are urged to use caution tonight and into tomorrow morning.
