More Information Released on Dutchess County Homicide, Police still seek Answers

Police are still looking for answers after they released more information regarding Monday’s homicide in Dutchess County.

Monday afternoon, City of Poughkeepise Police received a report of a dead man inside 4 Edgar Street.

Responding officers found David R. Cline dead dead inside the home. An autopsy was conducted Tuesday by the Dutchess County Medical Examiner’s Office that showed the 51-year-old from Ancramdale was the victim of a homicide.

Police say Cline was a contractor hired to work at 4 Edgar Street. The Columbia County man was also working for other people in the local area.
