Expect one nicer fall like day for Monday, as high pressure stays in control of our weather.  You’ll see more patchy fog during the morning hours, but then plenty of sunshine and temps in the low 60’s.  There will be a noticeable Northeast wind.  It’s a warm front that touches off a period of rain on Tuesday, that front will be pushed out by a cold front on Wednesday at bring more showers and thunderstorms.  That’s it, then its back to cool and dry weather for the end of the week.

Here’s the latest forecast from the National Weather Service:

Monday:  Patchy fog early, otherwise mostly sunny.  High near 64.  Northeast wind 6 to 9 mph.

Monday night:  Mostly cloudy, showers expected after midnight.  Low around 54.

Tuesday:  Occasional showers, with an east wind.  High near 68.

Tuesday night:  Occasional showers before midnight with a low around 66.  Light south wind.

Wednesday:  A chance of showers and thunderstorms in the morning, then showers likely the reminder of the day.  High near 76.
