Meat at the Movies – 4/11

The two new movies we're looking at today are the animated Rio 2, and Draft Day with Kevin Costner.

Rio 2 the sequel to 2011's Rio where a tropical bird, voiced by Jesse Eisnberg, find's love, voiced by Anne Hathaway. This sequel follows the birds and their three children as they venture to the Amazon and meet the in-laws. It looks like this one will be similar to the Madagascar movies. Final Rating: Turkey Club

Draft Day follows a GM of an NFL team, Kevin Costner, who needs to make important decision on, you guessed it, draft day..he gave up his number one draft spot, who does that? The movie if all about sacrifice for perfections and the blurring of personal and professional troubles. Final Rating: Ham Sandwich

In the end, I still think Captain America: Winter Soldier will be the top movie this weekend. My suggestion, if you haven't seen the Captain yet, go ahead and do that.

Another things I wanted to mention is the DVD releases, The Kevin Hart and Ice Cube buddy-cop comedy, Ride Along is out as well as Ben Stiller's remake of The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.
