They're apparently NOT lovin' it.

The NY Post is reporting that two customers are suing McDonald's for a ridiculous amount of five million dollars because they were unfairly charged for cheese that they didn't want on their Quarter Pounders

The Miami Herald says that the suit was filed May 8 in Fort Lauderdale (yes, Florida again) and is seeking class-action status. At one point, McDonald's sold items from the Quarter Pound menu with and without cheese for different prices. At some point later, according to the suit, McDonald's ceased "separately displaying these products for purchase on menus, and currently lists the availability of Quarter Pounder with Cheese and Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese."

So, basically they've been charged a few cents extra for cheese they didn't want.

A spokesperson for the company told USA Today that they don't believe these claims have legal merit.
