Man Takes Pickax to Donald Trump’s Hollywood Star [WATCH]

After many have defaced it, Donald Trump's Hollywood Star has been destroyed by a man and his pickax. 

A vandal took a pickax to Donald Trump's Hollywood Star and the whole thing was recorded. The vandal, who is being identified as Jamie Otis told deadline.com that he planned to remove the star intact and auction it off on election day to raise money for the women who have accused Trump of sexual assault.

The vandal was disguised as a construction worker as he destroyed the star of the Presidential candidate. The vandal left behind the pickax, sledgehammer, and a construction hat and a vest.

The LAPD are investigating the vandalism, and are reviewing surveillance footage from local businesses, according to USA Today.

Trump's star will be replace immediately but must sit for a few days before it can be polished. During that time it will be covered for protection.

Trump received his star in 2007 with his wife and sons by his side.
