Man Slaps 77 Year Old Vietnam Vet At Gas Station

42 Yr old Eric Rolland has turned himself in. He had been accused of hitting a 77 year old Vietnam Veteran after a dispute over who was next in line at a Grovetown, Georgia gas station convenience store. Eric Rolland has accused Jacob Cooter of making a racial slur but no witnesses could verify that story. Cooter, who is okay, says, "I'm happy justice is going to be served."
