Man Dies At Palisades Center Mall

According to CBS New York, a man died after falling from the third floor of Palisades Center earlier today. Police say the 54 year old man fell at the west end of the shopping center near Best Buy. Offcials say that the man was mentally disabled and  with with four others, including an aide from a group home. The group would take daily trips to the mall as part of their routine. The investigation continues, but police are saying it appears to have been an accident. The Palisades remains open, but security is keeping shoppers away from the area of the incident.
