Man Caught With Two Pistols, No Permit

State Police in Orange County have arrested a West Virginia man for possessing two pistols and no permit. 

If you plan on bringing your pistols with you when traveling, make sure you possess the right permits. Otherwise, you'll end up like this guy.

David Q Hines, age 23, of Shepherdstown, WV didn't have any permits for the two pistols he purchased in West Virginia and transported into New York, according to a press release.

Hines was stopped for speeding, and was found in possession of Taurus .38 caliber pistol and a Smith and Wesson .40 caliber pistol. Hines was arrested and charged with two counts of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the third-degree, and other vehicle and traffic violations.

Hines was arraigned in the Town of Montgomery Court and sent to Orange County Jail on $2,500 cash bail.
