You ever ordered a cup of water at a fast food restaurant but filed the cup with soda instead?

Well, a group of teenagers did just that at a McDonald's and it's lead to felony charges against one of them.

KHBS/KHOG TV reports that Cody Morris and a couple of friends went through the drive-thru at a McDonald's in Springdale, Arkansas on Monday and asked for three large waters. The manager at the McDonald's told police that the group then parked, dumped the water out, and then entered the restaurant and filled their empty cups with soda instead.

The manager said they told them to return the soda. Two of them did, one did not. The manager then called police that they were being robbed.

The very proactive employee then even tried to stop the suspects from driving away, but he was hit by their car, according to the report.

The confrontation over a cup of soda continued as the manager stood behind the suspect's car, but the car reversed and bumped the manager. The brave McDonald's manager even tried to get the keys out of the ignition, only to be struck on the hand and then by the vehicle again before the soda bandits got away.

Police  later found the vehicle at a bowling alley and arrested Cody Morris, who was the driver and charged him with felony robbery.
