More than two dozen people are expecting to be charged as police dismantle a Oxycodone and heroin trafficking ring at a New York mall.

29 people were named in federal and state indictments charging them with conspiracy and drug charges for a drug ring that was being operated out of the Palisades Center Mall in West Nyack, NY. They also operated out of a trailer park in Pomona and various motels between early 2014 and March.

The group sold more than 50,000 Oxycodone tablets valued at more than $1 million over the course of the year. The majority of the drugs were obtained through forged and fradulent prescriptions, as reported by NBC.

Some of the defendants allegedly celebrated the drug trafficking on social media sites including Instagram and Twitter.

One defendant would fill out fake prescrictions on his home computer and "runners" would fill them at various pharmacies in the area.
