Local Beauty Queen Finally Gets Crown 30 Years After Topless Scandal

Jennifer Delora was stripped of  her title as Miss Ulster County after appearing topless in a movie. But now, she's she's been given a new title.

During an appearance on the Boris & Robyn Show this Thursday morning, Delora explained how she received an ultimatum from the Miss America contest back in 1986. According to Delora, it was the Vanessa Williams scandal that led organizers to take back the crown after learning of the beauty queen's involvement in a film called "Bad Girls' Dormitory." In the film, Delora appears topless for seven seconds.

The former Miss Ulster County says that she was instructed to give up her title because the organization couldn't have another scandal after nude girl-on-girl photos were leaked of Vanessa Williams. Thirty years later, Williams received a public apology during the 2015 Miss America pageant. Now, Delora wants to know where her apology is.

Although we were unable to reach the Miss America organization for comment, we were able to get Jennifer Delora another coveted title. Here she is receiving the crown as the first ever "Miss Boris & Robyn Show."
