Just How Drunk Was This Guy? [MUGSHOT]

The happy-go-lucky, bearded fella pictured above is 29 year old Jacob Bradt, who hails from Carlisle, NY. According to NY State Police, Mr Bradt was arrested for Aggravated DWi after refusing field sobriety tests. He had been stopped near the intersection of Routes 20 and 30 in the Town of Duanesburg, by state troopers. Upon questioning, police detected a very strong odor of alcohol.  Bradt refused all field sobriety tests and was arrested.

According to police, he was taken to the State Police Station in Princetown where he was found to have a Blood Alcohol Content of .26 PERCENT.  That is over THREE TIMES the legal limit. Next time...have a DD or just call a cab, please.
