It’s So Cold Niagara Falls Is Partially Frozen Over

Temperatures dipped to -13 F below this week at Niagara Falls, partially freezing the falls. It warmed up to 1 degree above zero by the afternoon. Wind chills ranged from -14 to -25 throughout the day. The famous waterfalls by the US-Canadian border were partially frozen this week. This hasn't stopped the tourists from coming, however.
