In a video captured by one of our listeners, you see a man with no clothes on going about his business. But, what kind of business are we talking here?

This took place on Main Street in Poughkeepsie across from Dunkin Donuts on Thursday.

Obviously this man was on something or has some other issues, and he should probably seek help.
