Ingenious Recycling Machine Helps Feed Stray Dogs

Check out what a company in Turkey is doing to encourage people to recycle while also helping out stray animals. There are some 150,000 stray dogs and cats in Istanbul. I'd be curious to see if we will be seeing a machine like this in the states. Pretty cool idea!
