Anyone can make a gingerbread house, but how about an entire town? A local cafe owner has recreated an entire Hudson Valley town with gingerbread.

This summer Kirsten Drossel, owner of All Things Delicious in Pine Bush, had a vision. She wondered what would happen if she attempted to recreate the entire community of Pine Bush in gingerbread. Flash forward to today, and over 100 pounds of flour later this crazy dream has become a reality:

"Gingerbread Pine Bush" opens to the public on Saturday, December 6 after the town tree lighting. It's a painstaking recreation of most every house, business, school, church, park and even some people that live in Pine Bush.

If you'd like to view this incredible creation in person, All Things Delicious is asking for a suggested donation to the Hudson Valley Food Bank and other charities. There is information on viewing times and more details about visiting Gingerbread Pine Bush on All Things Delicious' official Facebook page.
