I'm talking about cider. If you like hard cider, make plans to be at the Hudson Valley Cider Festival July 18 at Barton Orchards in Poughquag.  What's better than a delicious cold cider on a summer Saturday afternoon?

You'll get to check out various hard ciders from a bunch of different local and national cideries. There will also be delicious food prepared by Culinary Chefs. And live music and entertainment. You can get VIP tickets, and get in before everybody else. Plus, you get to keep the souvenir sampling glass!
