See anything strange in the sky earlier this week?

The American Meteor Society received hundreds of reports of a fireball that streaked across the sky in the northeast. The incident happened early Tuesday morning at about 12:50 a.m.

Most of the reports came from around the Portland, Maine area, but there were also quite a few reports all the way across from New Jersey, New York, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont,  Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Ontario, and Quebec.

Some of the video shows two objects. Experts believe the meteor broke up in the Earth's upper atmosphere and fell as at least two separate objects.
