A Hudson Valley woman is accused of taking cash from a popular local ice cream stand.

On Monday, State Police from Sullivan County arrested 36-year-old Danielle Fuger of Roscoe following a 20 day investigation into a burglary at the Sweet Tooth Ice Cream Stand in Livingston Manor.

On Oct. 4, authorities were notified about a burglary at the ice cream stand. Employees reported that around $600 was stolen.

Following an investigation, Fuger was charged with third-degree burglary, a felony. Police did not say how they connected Fuger to the alleged robbery.

Fuger was arraigned in the Town of Rockland Court and remanded to the Sullivan County Jail in lieu of $25,000 cash bail.
