Who's ready for fall?

While the official start to fall doesn't come till September 22, forecasters say the Hudson Valley will experience some cooler weather towards week's end.

Monday and Tuesday will be warm, with sunny skies and highs in the mid 80s. Lows will range from the upper 50s to mid 60s across the area.

Wednesday will be the hottest day of week, with highs in the upper 80s, to near 90. There is a chance of thunderstorms from the afternoon into the early evening.

Once the threat of rain is gone, the temperatures will start to drop.

Highs Thursday will be around 80, with lows near 50.

Then, how about Friday? Meteorologists are saying temperatures could reach the mid 70s by day with lows in the mid 40s.
