Hudson Valley Under a Severe Thunderstorm Watch
The hottest temperatures of the year are scorching the Hudson Valley on Monday, but when it gets this hot and humid then storms are usually on the way.
The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch until 8 p.m. for the following counties

Severe thunderstorms are expected to move across New York state and parts of New England Monday afternoon. Damaging winds, small hail, and even a few tornadoes are a possibility across the region.
