Two professional dancers gave us lessons in twerking and pole dancing. If they can teach us, they can teach anyone.

Sarah Jacoby runs Studio 9, a dance school with three locations in the Hudson Valley. Sarah and her team opened their doors back in 2009 and have been helping students shake their asses ever since.

Classes include pole dancing, twerking and split silks, which is a form of aerial ballet where the dancer uses pieces of fabric to hoist themselves in the air like a Cirque Du Soliel performer.

We invited Studio 9 on The Boris & Robyn Show this week and put their teaching skills to the test. We offered up our clumsy producer, Meat Sandwich, as a student. For this challenge, Sarah brought in Lexi, Studio 9's resident "Twerk Master." Lexi has been shaking her butt for years, and knows everything there is about twerking. Between her and Sarah, who's an accomplished pole dancer, Meat Sandwich was in good hands. But even with expert instruction, would he be able to master the art of twerking?

Studio 9 has locations in Kingston, Middletown and Poughkeepsie. To find out more you can visit them online.
