Starbucks is hopping on the health train by selling cold-brew protein shakes in the Hudson Valley.

According to Delish, local Starbucks, and Starbucks across the country have started selling their own cold-brew protein shakes. The coffee company has debuted two variations of the shake: almond and cacao.

The almond flavor protein shake has almond butter mixed with cold brew coffee, almond milk, pea protein, and a banana date fruit blend. The cacao flavor has the same as the almond, except it switches out the almond butter for cacao powder.

Both drinks have 10 to 12 grams of protein, but you can get more by asking for an extra packet of plant-based protein. According to Delish, you can also switch the banana date fruit blend for a whole banana and ask for a shot of espresso if you need more caffeine.
