A registered sex offender living in the Hudson Valley is accused of sexually abusing several more Hudson Valley minors.

On Thursday, New York State Police at Catskill arrested 22-year-old Justin J. Ross of Saugerties for rape, disseminating indecent material to minors, criminal sexual act, all felonies, forcible touching and two-counts of endangering the welfare of a child, misdemeanors.

The arrest follows a two-month state police investigation into Ross, a Level 2 sex offender, for having sexual contact with several minors, police say.

In 2016, Ross was convicted for having sexual intercourse and deviate sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old girl, according to the New York State Sex offender’s database. He was sentenced to six years probation.

Ross was arraigned in the Town of Cairo court and remanded to Greene County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 secured bond.
