Hudson Valley Resort to Close?

The Hudson Valley Resort & Spa in Kerhonksen could be closing it's doors. The Times Herald Record reports that a financial backer says it is pushing for the state of NY to approve video lottery terminals for the resort by June 30. If not, then they'll call it a day.

Backers are lobbying hard in Albany to get the legislation needed approved before the state Legislature shuts down.

The resort's loan is being held by Kennedy Funding Inc. out of Hackensack, N.J.
