Hudson Valley ‘Property Brothers’ Episodes Begin Airing This Week

Drew and Jonathan Scott filmed their entire new season of "Buying and Selling" right here in the Hudson Valley, and the first episode airs this week.

We told you last year that the HGTV stars decided to return to our area after filming episodes for their wildly successful home improvement show here in 2015. This is the first time the duo have returned to the same area to film since beginning their television careers.

When we spoke with the Scott brothers the last time they were in the Hudson Valley they told us the reason they love filming here is because of the wide variety of homes they can shoot for the series. The home improvement gurus explained that the Hudson Valley area has so many different styles and ages of homes that they can showcase very different projects while keeping production in the same area.

The new season kicks off Wednesday night, April 19, at 9pm on HGTV. The episode is titled "Million Dollar Listing" and according to the show's description it will follow a family with four children who've outgrown their rundown three-bedroom home.
