On Monday around 9:15 a.m., deputies from the Ulster County Sheriff’s Office responded to a 911 call reporting a man exposing himself in the parking lot of a local business in Stone Ridge.

Prior to arriving on the scene, 911 received another call that said the man left the area in a vehicle.

Rose was found short time later at his home and taken into custody. He was charged with forcible touching and public lewdness, misdemeanors.

Rose was arraigned in the Town of Rosendale Court and remanded to the Ulster County Jail in lieu of $5,000 cash bail or $10,000 secured bond. He is due in Town of Marbletown Court on a later date.
