A recent study of the top 125 most populated areas in the US revealed how each fared in terms of cell phone coverage. The Hudson Valley placed dead last.

CNN reports RootMetrics, an independent wireless research company, examined the urban areas using several factors; signal reliability, upload/download speeds, dropped calls and text message delivery speed. The top market in the country was Atlanta, with Chicago and Knoxville rounding out the top 3.

Along with the Hudson Valley, Reno, Omaha and Colorado Springs were the worst cities in America.

"Unfortunately for those in Hudson Valley, the poor performances we saw in the first half of 2015 are consistent with what we found in the first half of 2014, when Hudson Valley also fell to the bottom of our rankings," RootMetrics stated in their report.

Hudson Valley finished in the bottom five across all six categories.

So if you want to chuck your cell phone at a wall when your calls drop, you're not being crazy -- our service sucks.
