Who does something like this?

I think like most of you, I am always looking around online for interesting stories and every once in a while I come across something that makes my blood boil and this is one of those stories.

According to a Facebook post by Kelli O'Brien the Orange County 4-H kids have been robbed a few times by the same person or person's in the last few weeks.

O'Brien wrote on Facebook that the 4-H kids have been collecting $.05 deposit bottles and cans to support their community service efforts. They have been asking people to drop off their cans and bottles to a few locations across Orange County. The kids then return the recyclables and use the money from the returns for stuff like, last year, they raised money to buy holiday gifts for 53 kids living in the HONOR shelter for the holidays, they bought hay and supplies for rescued horses, they supported a family who lost their house in a fire. Unfortunately one of those locations have been robbed by the same individual numerous times.

After setting up a surveillance camera, they captured these images that show a man climbing one of the fenced in bins and stealing bags of donations which according to O'Brien resulted in 100's of dollars lost to the 4-H.

Do you know who this person is?
