Here's how amazingly easy it is to take a high-five selfie.

The latest Internet craze isn't as dangerous as dumping ice water on your head or trying to choke down a mound of cinnamon, but it could be deadly to your phone. It's called the selfie high-five, and with just a little practice you can do it like a pro.

The idea is to catch a photo of yourself slapping your hands together while your camera floats above or below your arms. All you need is a phone on time mode, a little patience and an up to date Apple Care subscription.

That's right, this viral photo trend could destroy your phone if you're not careful. Of course, it's pretty obvious that throwing your phone up in the air could result in a smashed screen or worse, so you may want to practice over a mattress or a rug first before attempting this over the bathroom sink.
