From all accounts, you're going to want to see "Star Wars: The Last Jedi" before anyone spoils it for you. Here's how you can be one of the first in the Hudson Valley to check it out.

After the Hollywood premier of the latest movie in the Star Wars franchise, word got out that there are going to be quite a few surprises in store for fans of the film. Commercials for the "The Last Jedi" are now tagged with the line "don't let anyone spoil this."

Locally, there are still some tickets available for Thursday night's premiere of the film. Poughkeepsie's 7pm showing is sold out, and other Hudson Valley theaters have been selling advanced tickets for weeks now.

There is a special 6pm showing at the AMC Theaters in Middletown that shows only six seats remaining, and they're all right up front. The special showing includes free concessions and collectible trading cards, as well as exclusive movie content. The Regal Cinemas in Poughkeepsie will also be hosting a special 6pm fan premiere with all of the same perks.

If you didn't plan ahead and get tickets for the fan screening, you can still get four free tickets to the 6pm showing at the Poughkeepsie Galleria just by coming out to the WPDH live broadcast on Thursday morning.

The Boris and Robyn Show will be at Dunkin' Donuts on Route 9 in Wappingers Falls across from Hannaford from 6am to 10am on Thursday morning. Stop by and donate a gift card to the Children's Home of Poughkeepsie and you can enter to win four tickets to the Hudson Valley premiere of "The Last Jedi."  You can also win this year's hottest Christmas toy, Fingerlings monkeys.

Good luck, and may the force be with you.
