The host of a popular reality show has been accused of sexual misconduct just days after his episode filmed in the Hudson Valley aired on TV.

Carter Oosterhouse is a regular on HGTV where he appeared on Trading Spaces as well as his own home improvement programs. The husband of actress Amy Smart is also the host of ABC's The Great Christmas Light Fight, which recently aired an episode filmed in Saugerties.  The episode was recorded back in September.

Oosterhouse is accused of sexual misconduct by a former make up artist on Thursday. Kailey Kaminsky told the Hollywood Reporter that Oosterhouse demanded oral sex and threatened her job when she didn't comply. In a statement, Oosterhouse rejected the claims, admitting he did have a relationship with the woman but it was consensual.

ABC has decided to continue to air episodes of The Great Christmas Light Fight that feature Oosterhouse. In a short statement to People, the network said the finale will air as scheduled on Monday night.

Oosterhouse visited the Sussin family in Saugerties, New York during last week's installment of the reality show. That episode, as well as others featuring the host are still available to stream online.
