Hey!! Your Hiney Is Hanging Out!

I live in an area in Poughkeepsie that is very diverse...some college students, some old neighborhood folks from way back, some inner city folks, too.  And I love to watch the mix  of interesting people walk and ride past my house.  What I don't love is seeing guys with their pants hanging so low I can see their boxer shorts...or worse.  The other day, I saw a guy walking down my street and his whole butt was hanging out!!  Isn't that look out of style yet?  Have you no dignity?  And girls...is that really attractive to you?  Yuck.  Maybe I'm just getting prudish...or old and intolerant.  Either way...I thought you might like to know...Your hiney is hanging out...PLEASE...pull up your pants!
