Have Fun, Be Careful

However you're celebrating New Year's Eve, I hope you enjoy yourself.  I know people who will party til dawn, and others who prefer to be asleep before the ball drops.

I've done both.  Since my boyfriend Bobby is a musician, we've spent many New Year's Eves in bars and at parties that go on long after midnight.  And on years he's not working, there have been times when we couldn't even keep our eyes open past eleven.

My favorite New Year's Eve celebrations have been small, with a fun group of friends.  However you're celebrating, have fun and be careful.  Talk to you next year!
