Gross! See What a Teenager Found in his KFC Meal

A teenager from California found something a little extra in his KFC meal. Check out the picture and see if you can guess what it is:

According to Manuel Cobarubies, the young man who found the item, it's a [bleeping] brain! Now, normally, this story would be followed by some quotes from Manuel's lawyers and the legal action they're taking against KFC... but this is no normal story.

All Cobarubies wanted was his $4 back. Yup, the kid was simply looking for a refund. But not only did he never receive a refund, he couldn't even get a call back from the store. After still no response from KFC, Consumerist reports that the frustrated diner decided to contact his local TV station.

After a few calls, KFC finally got back to Manuel and, good news... It's not a brain:

Somehow, I don't know if finding out that it's a kidney makes me feel any better. Sure, KFC may say it's "unappealing, but no health risk" but for most, anything other than a wing, breast or leg is just nasty.

In the end, Manuel did get his $4 back, so I guess all's well that ends well.
