A Grammy award-winning artist’s upcoming Hudson Valley concert might be canceled.

Earl Simmons, who goes by the rap name DMX, is heading back to jail for violating probation for allegedly failing a drug test, reports TMZ.

TMZ reports that the 47-year-old from Yonkers was deemed a flight risk after he tested positive for opiates, cocaine and oxycodone.

DMX will remain in jail until he is sentenced for tax evasion, reports Billboard.

Simmons was scheduled to be sentenced in March. It’s unclear if the sentencing will be pushed back or moved up.
