The NY Daily News is saying that the chopper filled with fumes and was forced to land at Stewart Airport in Newburgh at around 4:00 p.m.

No one aboard was injured.

Governor Cuomo had been in Albany giving his last sixth and last regional State of the State address Wednesday afternoon.
