Two Eli Manning interceptions were what proved costly for Big Blue, as they lose their first game of the season and fall to 2-1.

Sloppy plays and penalties also cost the Giants, they were flagged eleven times for 129 yards.

In fact, Giants center Weston Richburg was ejected following the NFL's new double unsportsmanlike conduct rule.

The new league rule actually stems from the ruckus that took place during a December 20, 2015 game between the Giants and Carolina Panthers. It was during that heated match-up that the rivalry between Giant's Odell Beckham Jr. and Josh Norman was born.

Today, Beckham won the one-on-one battle with Norman (now a Redskin), finishing with seven receptions for 121 yards.

Washington had the last laugh though, as rookie linebacker Su'a Cravens picked off Eli in the fourth quarter to seal the deal.

The Giants face the Minnesota Vikings next week.
