Get Healthy This Saturday

What are you doing this weekend?  You can get healthy and have fun at the same time this Saturday at the health expo to celebrate Northern Dutchess Hospital's new addition.  The hospital is on Springbrook Avenue in Rhinebeck, and they've got a brand new addition you can tour.  And that's not all.

The health expo will include health screenings, food, and workshops on art as therapy, meditation, and memory.  Also, medication checkups, a total wellness zone with free yoga, a farmers market with Winter Sun Farms, a diabetes risk assessment, nutrition tips, and more. There will even be performances by the Bard College Conservatory of music.  And it is all free.
